Strength Training Purpose

I had the great honor of speaking with James “The Thinker” Smith on Sunday night. First of all, very friendly. What a source of knowledge as well. Here are some key points of our conversation:

Strength training can be said, but not strength training. Strength training is a form of strength training. Read that again if it does not make sense at first glance. The whole purpose of training athletes to improve their performance in their sport or game you should always know how you think of this goal. Sometimes the weights are not what is needed. I had some of my guys have a contrast ratio of the day last night and the only “gym” stuff they did was a superset of TRX-line parking and walking rushes at the end . So here is what will make them better?

The more advanced the athlete’s skill wise (of talent), the less they will need and be able to cope with the weight room. Your central nervous system is so advanced that they require not only a lot of work to get fit. May, on the other side to fry a lot faster than a little athlete. Therefore, at a professional level of sport you do not see raising as lifting heavy or broadcast.

Mental Strength Training

I love training and build my physique. It’s something I’ve done most of my life in the last 5 years and I’ve never seen stop. I found a passion that makes me happy, feel good, you want to work harder in all aspects of life, but mostly he taught me the mental strength. A good majority of you know I lost my father in a car accident eight years ago. For those of you who do not know it was a great loss for me and my family this tragedy has confused about what the future holds. On this day we lost our father was one day we lost a piece of our family and we knew it will never be repaired. Although I could have fallen between the cracks and said: “F *% K life!” I went the other way and took my anger in the gym! Make no mistake, I had my fair share of mistakes along the way, but it would not, I have people who I am today without them.

That’s where my intensity and drive, every day in the gym, and everything that goes on outside the studio. This kind of intensity that I built came from anger, life experiences, endurance, and errors of the training. This led me always mentally tough in life. I thought: “Why should I go to the gym five days a week, train my ass, and then thrust in life?” What build my physique and look good? Hell, no! Then I asked, “Why should I not apply this same kind of intensity I at the gym, just outside the gym?” This is where it all clicked. My strength training would drive mental strength and then some. Do you want in this article, I will not say that I will make you mentally strong, but I promise I’ll think about it, guaranteeing a lot of things, and I almost, you will see a little practice the mental strength training and really see what you have done. Ready, set, let’s go!

The Best Exercise to Burn Fat

Walking is an easy and enjoyable activity so I think if it was really good for fat loss, then no one would be a problem, take a walk part of everyday life and then everyone would have their dream body.

An old school of thought on foot, as it is of low intensity (that is, your heart rate is not so high to walk on foot, the higher intensity in comparison), you are in the “burning zone fat “. The old school theory that high intensity exercise burns glycogen (stored carbohydrate), not fat. Although there is some overlap, where fat and glycogen are burned during exercise, while the low intensity exercise burned more fat than glycogen, and during high intensity exercise will burn more glycogen than fat. The theory is, you want to burn fat is not glycogen.

The main problem here is your once low-intensity “fat burning” each financial year, you will not burn the same amount of calories. By the way, with low intensity exercises to burn fat even walk to your email box seats or in your e-mail. If you exercise at a higher intensity, your metabolism so you burn more calories increases after training. If you make the right kind of exercise, your metabolism for 24-48 hours and then be raised and that is much better than going to a low intensity.

Cardiovascular Workouts Training

Experts agree that the amount of fat and calories than you burn during a cardio session per day depends on the intensity of your workout. Training to a higher intensity burns more calories than training at a lower level of intensity.

Long training and easy as a walk of 60 minutes will burn more calories from fats, calories fewer but more intense workouts. The main advantage of light intensity but long duration cardio, increases blood flow and improved circulation.

One of the surest ways for a person with a long history of a sedentary lifestyle to begin an exercise program is an intensive cardiovascular low.
